This is one of the icepit bases scattered around the ice cap area at the North Pole of Mars. Since Mars' terraforming which started before Virtual Century it became an advanced ice mining base, and this area used to be extremely prosperous. However, now that the insides are abandoned and unmanned, it remains being utilized to provide life-support and industrial facilities, also being a site for "Limited Warfare".
