The EVL Binder mounted at the back is capable of emitting a powerful Psycho Noise which offsets the distrupting effect of Mars Crystal to the functioning of V.Converter. Utilizing this ability, there exists several types of weapon which has the effect of temporary blocking a VR's functioning.

YZR-XIII sin Specineff13 "The Sin"

The EVL Binder installed features the "Undead Converter" which collects and amplifies the remanent psychic waves of the decedents scattered in battlefields. It converts those waves and harnesses them as an offensive energy. Although it possesses this advantageous unique battle ability, when it comes to the concern of the source criticism came in from all circles, thus the machine is appointed to be named with the "Sin" attachment.

In the sever Mars front death directly connected to dysfunction is not a rare case, and there are few records of VR pilots encountering and fighting this machine.
